While this is an important step forward, Congress must do its duty and pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act to extend these protections to all Americans and fight against loopholes which seek to undermine the LGBT community’s right to pursue the American Dream, fully participate in our workforce, and contribute – without discrimination – to our economy.
